Our plans monitor for termites and treat general pests. Termite repair work and full bed bug treatments are separate, quoted jobs. We'll inspect, tell you what's there, and price it plainly first.

New problems from new conditions
A fresh rodent entry from a new roof gap, or a wood pile stacked against the house, can invite pests we haven't treated for. We'll identify it and fold it into your plan, but it's a new treatment, not a failed one.
